The team conducts sample testing every 3 to 4 days for offering a matchless product line to the clients. The experts carry out extensive testing to ensure that the profile fabricated maintains its accurate shape and dimension. They check every 100 to 200 meters according to the nature of the profile. Slices and records of the same are kept handy for future references.

The company has two production units that sprawl over an area of 20,000 square feet in Maharashtra, India. The units have the following machines for ensuring the mixing capacity of 3 tons/day of EPDM Sponge Rubber Profiles, EPDM Extruded Profiles, Rubber Windows Profiles, Tyre Flaps, Moulded Products, etc.:

• Kneader Mixing Mills - 2 Nos.

• Autoclave & Boiler - 1 No. Each

• Conventional Extruders - 3 Nos.

• Microwave Extrusion Line - 1 No.

• Stage Tyre Flap Molding Machine With A Dedicated Therming Fluid Boiler - 2 Nos.

Production Processes

Multi-disciplinary work capabilities of the company are evident from the way it manages streamlined functions at its setup. Production activities begin with the procurement of natural or synthetic rubber from certified company vendors. The process of compounding is then done to develop products in the form of sheets. After compounding, the sheets are cut into strips and then forwarded for vulcanization or extrusion procedures. Once the process is done, the sheets are transformed into rubber profiles and then released in the market according to the demands.
