1.Application
This machine is used for the rubber compounding and sheeting
2.Detail structure
Roller:material is chilled cast alloy iron,the hardeness of surface is 70A 2HSD,the depth ofchilling layer is 5~20mm;
Roll bearing and oil seal use the spherical roller bearing, can save 10-15% energy,and thematerial of oil seal is FPM;
Roll bearing lubricater is use the oil lubricating with electrical pump.
Bearing housing is made from grey cast iron,made by annealing process and have a lubricate hole.
Nip adjustment device is driven by the motor,include the motor worm wheel,worm and dial scale,it can adjust singly and synchronally.
Frame is made from cast iron,by annealing process.
Bed plate is made by welding and annealing process.
Stock guide is mounted at the frame,main body is cast iron,the part near the roller is nylon66;
Driving system is enclosed drive,the motor drive the reducer through flexible coupling,the reducer drive the roller through the universal coupling.
The motor is 3-phase asynchronous motor,protect level is IP54.
The reducer is harden finished gearbox reducer,double shaft,with a lubricate system.
The roller temperature control device include the rotory joint and spray pide.
