The machine is to be used for rubber plasticating, blending, socking and tablet compressing, etc.
The machine is used for elevation rubber material, work with overturn type dispersion mixer. Dispersion mixer overturns rubber material into bucket of elevator. When mixing chamber reposition, bucket elevating, elevate rubber into two roll mill or rubber sheet machine.

Features:

1. Roller:material is chilled cast alloy iron, the hardeness of surface is 70 2HSD, the depth of chilling layer is ~20mm;
2. Roll bearing and oil seal use the spherical roller bearing, can save 10-15% energy, and thematerial of oil seal is FPM;
3. Roll bearing lubricater is use the oil lubricating with electrical pump.
4. Bearing housing is made from grey cast iron, made by annealing process and have a lubricate hole.
5. Nip adjustment device is driven by the motor, include the motor worm wheel, worm and dial scale, it can adjust singly and synchronally.
6. Frame is made from cast iron, by annealing process.
7. Bed plate is made by welding and annealing process.
