This Banbury intensive internal mixer is mainly used for rubber, plastics or other chemical compound plasticizing and mixing, which could work together with upstream adhesive delivery device &auto weighting system and downstream open mixing mills, also extruders, cooling device and etc., high-level of automatic production for rubber processing therefore could be easily achieved.

It is divided into hydraulic upper ram and pneumatic upper ram for the Banbury mixers. According to rotor types, there are tangential mixers and intermeshing mixer. In order to satisfy detailed processing technical requirement, the customer could select different internal mixers with two-wing or four-wing rotor blades, as well as a hydraulic upper ram intermixer or pneumatic ram intensive mixer.
