(1)Aluminum casting rotor testing system, applied to test the aluminum filling of rotor, can detect the faults of the rotor, such as: broken bar, porosity and air gap. The test bench of the testing system can be adjusted quickly for various types of rotors.

(4) Testing principle: the rotor tester is equipped with sensor for special purpose. The sensor is able to collect signal and magnify then display in the form of waveform when the rotating rotors close to the sensor. It could judge the aluminum filling quality as to the testing requirements that has been set.
