* This is a multi operation job with huge size that is 2045mm OD and 1050mm bore machined on a large size facing lathe.18 holes of close tolerance on a PCD of 1150mm equipoised.
* Material is IS 2062 Steel tested in all respects Chemical, ultrasonic, Physical etc.
* A precision Drill Jig of sector type is used to drill O 32 & O 13 mm hole.
* Relation Gauge has been designed and manufactured by us for this large size component for processing on a heavy type.
* Milled on a Plano milling machine to part off the ring in 2 segments.
* Painting as per standards.
* First coat of 40 micron. Intermediate coat of 40 micron.
* Finish coat with Polyurethane Paint to 50 micron.
