Key Features
Plastic Rotational Molding Machine is a three-stage, pressure less, plastic molding process. During the first stage of heating, the charged mold slowly rotates in two planes (bi-axial rotation). Heat transfer causes the plastic charge inside the mold to melt and get uniformly coated on the interior of the mold. During the second stage, the mold with coating of molten plastic charge almost solidified moves to the cooling station. The mold is cooled by air and/or water spray while it is still rotating in its arm. In the final load/unload stage; the mold is opened by opening all the nut bolts or de-clamping all the clamps.
