Rotary Gear Pump - Modified Gd Series With Herringbone Gears, 21 Bar Pressure Rating | Efficient, Compact, Quiet Operation, Self-lubricated Or Antifriction Bearing Options

ROTODEL Rotary gear pump is an obvious choice while evaluating your requirement of pumping viscous & semi-viscous liquid with efficiency & reliability.

Type RDBX, RDNX, RDZX are the modified version of GD series pump design to built higher pressure upto 21 bar, without compromising the basic common feature offered by CITADEL Pump viz. compactness, silent, efficient & reliable. A pair of herringbone gears shrunk fitted on hardened & ground shaft forms the rotor of the pump which rotates in a closed machined casing supported on either side on bearing fitted on covers over shorter span.

Type GDBX is self lubricated bronze bush bearing while type GDNX pump is fitted with antifriction needle roller bearings. In type GDZX the antifriction bearing are mounted out-board & are totally isolated from the pumping chamber by four stulfing box fitted either with Mech. seal or Oil seal or Gland packing. This types of pumps are suitable to handle liquid with lowers viscous values.
All these pumps are available in 10 sizes from 1/2" to 6" with 30 capacity range suitable to run at 1440 RPM. The pumps are manufactured in confirmation with API, DIN & JIS standard.
