Key Features
There are two 8 - shaped Lobes rotates in equal and opposite direction with the help of power transmission through gear mechanism from drive lobe to driven lobe. The air is being trapped between lobe and casing, compressed and finally discharged through discharge end. There is no metal to metal contact between rotating parts as certain clearances is being maintained between lobe to lobe, lobe to casing and lobe face to side plates / housing and thus, there is no lubrication required and the air delivered at discharge is 100% oil free. The machine can also be used as dry vacuum pump while connecting suction end to vacuum chamber. Also can be used gas blower.
