Key Features
Manufactured from mild steel tube with concentrically machined ends to give true rotation with minimum run out and vibrations. Bearing housing is of precision machined cast iron/ press steel. Standard rollers incorporate single row deep groove ball bearings of ample capacity in keeping with current international practice. The bearings is effectively sealed at the back by a PVC seal and at the front by non - rubbing multi labyrinth seal and dust cover. This arrangement of sealing has been found to be most effective for keeping the lubricant in and the dust out and is gradually replacing the more complicated but less effective sealing arrangement being still adopted by many manufacturers.
All Standard rollers are grease packed and sealed and no relubrication is necessary. Various roller diameters are offered with overall idler assembly dimensions based on IS: 8598 - 1977
