The hinge slate are pressed in extra heavy duty steel sheet with minimum gap between them. Side guards are provided on both the sides of the hinged slats to protect the moving rollers from interference of chips. Aprons are welded at regular intervals to ensure positive caring of chips. Conveyors with integrated coolant tank and pumps can also be manufactured.
