In this type the light emitter emits visible beam which is focused by optical system. The reflected light is sensed and processed further. These are basically used in Packing Machines / Form-Fill-Seal Machines.
Two modes of operation are provided which can be selected with the help of selection switch.
Light ON Mode : Sensor turns ON for light condition and OFF for dark condition.
Dark ON Mode : Sensor turns ON for dark condition and OFF for light condition.
