Refractory Additive-lignin Alkali

Lignin Alkali is a natural high-molecular polymer prepared from alkaline papermaking black liquor. The preparation procedure includes concentration, filtration and spray drying. The Lignin Alkali has physical and chemical properties such as binding property, diluting property, dispersing property, adsorbability, permeability, surface activity, chemical activity and biological activity, etc.
When used as a dispersant, binding agent and water reducer in refractory and ceramic production, the yield rate can be enhanced by 70% to 90%.
