We have highly sophisticated Grinding, Mixing & Pressing capacity, fired in Shuttle Kiln. We are a team of professional engineer and competitive business management group.
We have full fledged infrastructure to cater supply and application of refractory in any critical area of furnace. We have a well equipped Quality Control Laboratory to control & check day to day production at all stage right from the raw materials to finished production.
We have all modern manufacturing facilities at our Plant such as Jaw Crusher, Impact mill, Ring & Roller Mill, Pulverizer, Roll Crushers, Continuous as well as Batch type of Ball Mill, Muller Mixers, Five Nos.Heavy-duty Presses and Three numbers Shuttle kilns. Our Shuttle Kilns are as per the design of M/s. WISTRA GMBH. Dusseldurf, Germany. These Kilns are capable of firing Refractories up to 1600 o C with natural gas as fuel.
Our monthly production capacity for Shaped Refractories is for 600.00 M.T. and for Unshaped (Mortar, Castable, and Ramming Mass etc.) is for 200.00 M.T.
