Ryazan Metal Ceramics Instrumentation Plant (RMCIP) established in 1963 in Russia develops and manufactures hermetically sealed magnetically operated contacts (Reed switches), Reed relays, Reed alarm sensors, Automotive sensors and Photovoltaic modules. Manufacturing capacities of the plant are highly- automated and produces upto 200 Mn. pcs. per year. A wide nomenclature of the overall dimensions (envelopes length from 7 to 50 mm) and electrical parameter range (switching current from 5x10 -11 to 5 A; switching voltage from 5x10 -5 to 5000 V; switching power up to 250 W), allow using RMCIP reed switches widely in such industries as: Automotive, Security, Industrial automation, Military, Space, Aircraft, Telecommunication, Computer and many other. RMCIP is amongst the 4 leading Reed switch producers and covers over 15% of the world market. The products of the plant are delivered to the consumers in many regions of the world: countries of CIS, European Union, South-East Asia, North America, Africa and Russia.
