These Raymond Mill is widely used for the highly fine powder processing of 300 kinds of materials in the areas of non-flammable mine, chemical industry, and building materials with mohs hardness below 7 level and the moisture less than 6%, such as barite, calcite, potash feldspar, pencil stone, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, active carclazyte, active carbon, bentonite,k aoline, cement, phosphorite rock, gypsum, glass and heat insulating materials,etc. The size of the finished products can be adjusted from 80 to 400 meshes at random,and some of the sizes can reach 500 meshes at the maximum.
After large blocks of material are crushed to the feed size by Jaw Crusheri they are lifted to storage silo by bucket hoister, then conveyed to chamber of mainframe by electromagnetic vibrating feeder uniformly, and ground between ring and roller.The airflow of blower brings the ground powder to classifier to separate;required fineness powders are blown into the cyclonic collector with airflow for separation & collection, then becomes to be the finished product after discharged. In the working process, the blade system located at the bottom of roller has played an important role. In the process of blades rotating with roller together, the blades shovel the materials and throw them into the chamber between roller and ring,which form the material bed.
