Our range of Efficient Raymond Mills are suitable for producing minerals powder, which is widely used in the metallurgy, building materials, chemical, and mining industry. It can be used for grinding barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talc, marble, ceramic, glass and some other material that Moh's hardness degree is below 7, humidity is in 6%, and non-flammable non-explosive minerals. The final product size is adjustable as required in the range of 100-325 meshes.
Efficient Raymond Mills are made up of the Mainframe, Separator, Pipeline System, Air Blower, Jaw Crusher, Hopper Elevator, Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder, and Electric Control Motor and so on.
Working Principle of Raymond Mill:
First material should be crushed into the desired size by Jaw Crusher, and delivered to the Silo by Bucket Elevator. Our Designed Vibrating Feeder will feed the material into the grinding room. With the air current from the Air Blower, those powder conforms to the fineness degree will be blew into the cyclone collector and those powder that is not consistent with the desired size will return to the grinding room to be re-ground. The whole system is airtight circulation, and the circulatory flow under the negative pressure.
