Rass-o-nil

Rass-O-Nil is the one-step clean and economic steel pre-treatment nano-technology.

Rass-Oa -Nil deposits an ultra-fine conductive metallurgical oxide nano deposit on the metal surface. Powder-coating, e-coatings, electroplating, and paint adhere stronger to the Rass-Oa -Nil treated metal surface. The Rass-Oa -Nil process requires just one step because water rinsing and hazardous or toxic chemicals, such as acid and phosphate are eliminated.

Rass-O'-Nil treated metal surfaces, sealed with a finish coat, if left in the open atmospheric conditions for years, do not allow corrosion beneath powder coating, e-coating, paint, and galvanizing.
