The Rass-Oa -Nil treated metal surface sealed with a finish coat withstood more than 1500 hours of salt spray test, passed the 1.5 kg scratch test, and the adhesion test. Rass-Oa -Nil stringently satisfies ASTM B117 /MIL-C 5541 (USA) and IS: 13515-1992 (Indian Standard). The Rass-Oa -Nil treated metal surface can withstand thermal shock up to 400A C, and random bending up to 180A .
