QUENCHING OIL
Performance: quenching oils give uniform hardness. These are non corrosive and non toxic. These grades are formulated from highly refined base oils with superior additives to achieve good thermal and oxidation stability.
Applications : Quenching 39 & 40 are suitable for general purpose quenching of components. Quenching 42 is also recommended for general purpose quenching except the cyanided components. Quenching 85 is offered where bath temperature is maintained around 150 - 200 Deg.C. Also for mass productions of high precision and high quality products.
