Quartz Circular Loop Tube

The Quartz Circular Loop Tube, also known as fused silica ring shaped tube or quartz ring tube, is a custom precision quartz component manufactured from high purity transparent fused silica raw material. It adopts integrated hot bending forming process, forming a closed circular loop structure with two straight pipe outlets extending outwards. This special ring design can extend the residence time of gas or liquid medium inside the pipeline within a limited installation space. It can be used for medium preheating, heat preservation, gas-liquid mixing, photochemical irradiation and high-temperature gas sampling. Compared with ordinary straight quartz tubes and L-shaped bent tubes, quartz circular loop tube has longer reaction path, uniform heating effect and compact installation footprint. It retains all outstanding physical, chemical and optical properties of fused silica, and can operate stably under severe working conditions including high temperature, corrosive gas, vacuum environment and long-time ultraviolet irradiation. It is widely used in laboratory reaction equipment, spectral analysis instruments, semiconductor gas delivery systems, environmental gas monitoring devices and new material thermal treatment equipment. All dimensions and structural parameters can be customized according to customer drawings to match different equipment cavities and fluid system interfaces.

Material

The raw material of this quartz circular loop tube is high-purity transparent fused silica with SiO content 99.99%. It is produced by high-temperature electrofusion synthesis technology, with extremely low content of metal impurities such as iron, sodium, potassium, aluminum, calcium and heavy metal elements. The softening point of fused silica reaches 1730. The safe long-term continuous working temperature of the quartz ring tube is 1100~1200, and the instantaneous peak temperature resistance can reach 1250. Its thermal expansion coefficient is as low as 0.5510 /, far lower than ordinary borosilicate glass, stainless steel and other metal materials. The ultra-low expansion characteristic brings excellent thermal shock resistance.
