Qdg-x Cyclone Separator

We are producing and exporting of QDG-X Cyclone Separator to our consumers. QDG-X cyclone separator we produced has triple separation system . Compared with other cyclone separator, its work precision can reach 5 microns , and separation efficiency is as high as 99%. We use Q345R(16MnR) that can meet the strength requirement of board of operating mode under the condition of plate as the main pressure parts material of cyclone separator . The main nozzle uses the steel pipe flanges, sealing gaskets are made of high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant stainless steel spiral wound gasket, sealing is reliable. Cyclone separator has been widely used in large oil and gas field and gas transmission pipeline in Nei Menggu , Xinjiang , Sichuan and Qinghai in recent years.

Its application in pipeline engineering solved the problem of that the dust and fog in the gas will effect the transmission and use. In the process design, setting the separator filter in the front-end, can greatly improve the whole process of the pipeline transmission precision and efficiency, and at the same time also can improve the service life of pipeline
