Operation Principle:
Under the function of certain pressure, the gas gets into the cyclone along the radial direction. After getting into the spiral track, the swirls appear. Under the function of the centrifugal force, the solids fall down into the dust-collecting chamber after being thrown to the wall; and the gas gets into the buffer chamber throw the upper part of the tube. So the gas is clean. Because the rotating diameter is very small, there is also strong centrifugal force field under less gas flow and lower gas speed to ensure the separation function.

Structure Composition of Cyclone Separator:
1 Main barrel: The material adopts the Q345R (16MnR) steel plate used for pressure container which meets the GB713 standard. This kind of steel plate has stronger corrosion resistant of chemistry performance and tensile strength and yield strength of mechanics performance than the simple steel plates.
2 Cyclone tube: It uses the SS316 material which meets national standard (GB1220). It meets the work requirement in bad operating conditions and has the performance of corrosion resistance and high abrasion resistance.
3 Spray arresting device: It is high-accuracy spray film arresting device. Small arresting diameter, high arresting efficiency and high breathability ensure higher arresting efficiency under certain throughout.
