Following are the Structural features of QD Overhead Crane :-
1. Double beam bridge crane
a. The trolley with hoisting and traveling mechanism moves on the crane span structure, its metal structure is box-type double beam
b. According to the grabbing device, the double girder crane may include hanger, grab bucket, electromagnetism and multipurpose bridge crane
c. It is widely used in material handling station with frequent work such as mines, factories, dock and warehouse
d. It is divided into 2 working grades of A5 and A6 according to operating frequency.
2. Single beam bridge crane
a. Electric hoist or manual-operation monorail trolley move at the bottom flange of joist steel
b. Be widely used in workshop, warehouse to handle material
c. The manual-operation single beam bridge crane is used on occasion without power supply or electricity utilization allowable
d. Cooperating with motor grab or monorail grab, it can be used as bulk handling equipment
e. Bridge crane can be operated on floor or in cab. and remote operating is available as special requirement.
