Pz Series Drilling Mud Pump

PZ Series Drilling Mud Pump include PZ-8, PZ-9, PZ-10 and PZ-11. This series of drilling mud pump is a horizontal triplex single acting piston pump which is made by Qingzhou Petroleum Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. utilizing American technology and API standards. All wearing parts can interchange with each other among parts of the same PZ series mud pump.

Main design features are as follows :
1. Pump shell is welded assembly of castings steel and steel plates;
2. Crankshaft bearings are double-row spherical roller bearings;
3. Double extended jack shaft carried on heavy-duty straight roller bearings;
4. Connecting rod top is fitted with roller bearing;
5. Wrist pin end carried on double-row long cylindrical roller bearing;
6. Replaceable bronze cross head slides;
7. Main gears are machined to herringbone gears;
8. Lubrication system is the combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication;
9. The values are API 7# values seat;
10. Discharge connections can be made on either side of the pump;
11. Suction connections are at the center of the cylinder manifold.
