NOI/1010 is a cost effective and an Excellent One pack Stabilizer with fair enough heat stabilization characteristic. It has a high built in lubrication characteristic. NOI/1010 has been specially designed for proving excellent performance and is recommended in use of manufacturing R-PVC pipes in twin screw extruder. The dosage should be optimized for spec. formulation depending upon filler level exceeding 10phr. It can also be used on higher dosage for Commercial pipes.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
1.8 to 2.2 phr. in most of the cases. For homogenous dispersion a high speed mixing of 100 to 124 Deg C is recommended. For commercial pipe the dosage recommended are 2.4 phr. For higher dosages of filler 50gms stearic acid & 50 gms wax is advisable.

PACKAGING : NOI/1010 is packed in HDPE laminated bags. Packing size is 25 Kgs.
