of Rigid PVC film are manufactured on the two calender lines
dedicated to the production of pharma grade PVC films, under
pressurised atmosphere using Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP). This
provieds consumers with international quality rigid films for all
their packaging needs. Depending on the consumer needs,the films can
be coloured or colourless, of varying thickness and properties. Rigid
PVC films can be used for packing tablets, capsules, injectible,
ointments, and needles etc.

Quality

The entire production
processes are carried out in accordance with the guidlines laid down
by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). We achieve consistently high
product quality by adhering rigorously to a quality assurance system
and by controlling our processes with a combination of state of teh
art computer controlled equipment and the most up to date calendering
equipment which include beta controlled gauge, colour computers and
other testing equipment. We ensure that the product reaching the
customer is as per his requirements.

Storage

We
recommend that Sunblis & Sundene Rigid PVC films should be stored
in their original packaging at a temperature below 30 Celsius. They
should not be exposed either to direct sunlight or to moisture. The
films, especially PVDC coated films, should be used within 6 month of
delivery. Before being processed, the films should be allowed to
adjust to atmospheric conditions prevailing in the work place.
