The idea of packaging
pharmaceutical products in blisters can certainly be considered on
of the best in the whole history of packaging.

Thermoformable film heating and
forming speed : Approx. 6 meters per minute; the film moves with
continuous motion at a constant speed and the forming of the pockets
is done on the Rotary Die by vacuum, the thermoformable film is
unwound from the reel by roolers positioned in the immediate
vicinity.

Products filling speed: Upto
2000/3000 Capsules or Tablet per minute; the continous movement of
the thermoformable film makes the filling of the product into the
pockets easier. A high output speed is maintained despite the fact
that the blisters are produced in a row.

Speed at which the foil is sealed
to the thermoformed film, Approx. 6 meters per minute.

Maximum coding, perforating and
cutting speed; 150 operations per minute; the blisters are
individually coded, perforated and cut.

Print Registration is completely
revolutionised. operated electronically/pneumatically. Obviously
takes place at values that are very low and yet are sufficient to
register the print.

Cutting Wastage: Minimised to the
maximum by incorporting edge to edge cutting.

Pilferage proof packaging.

The production system is
simplified to the utmost complicated link up groups between the unit
that produces the blisters and those that handle them afterwards are
done away with.

Easily replaceable change parts
for different products.

Though the machine is running at
high speed the wear & tear is minimum.
