Pressure Sand Filter:-
The Pressure sand filter is provided with quartz sand as filtering media supported on graded bebbles fillings. The colloidal suspended particles present in the water will get trapped on the filtering bed and only the clear filtered water is allowed to pass through. Through backwashing with clear water, the bed can be easily cleaned.
