Pumpset - Single Cylinder Vertical Diesel Engine | Low Fuel Consumption, Direct Fuel Injection, Hand Cranking Start, Water Cooled, Forced Feed Lubrication

We are instrumental in providing to our valuable customers excellent quality Pumpset which is available with following Features:-
* Type: single cylinder, vertical, compression ignition, four stroke cycle air or water cooled cold start diesel engine.
* Combustion: direct fuel injection in open type combustion chamber provided in an aluminum piston crown in combination with long stem multihole nozzle results in low fuel consumption and starting.
* Starting: engine is designed to start by hand cranking with inc help of starting handle & decompression shaft arrangement.
* Lubricating Oil: sae 30 or sae 40
* Fuel System: high speed diesel oil is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through efficient cloth/ paper type element filter before pump.
* Lubrication: forced feed lubrication either by plunger pump incorporating full flow to large end bearing. Main bearings are taper roller need no separate supply. Other moving parts are splash lubricated.
* Rotation: standard rotation is clockwise when looking at the flywheel.
* Drive: standard power takeoff is from flywheel side at full speed. It can be provided from gear end at half speed.
* Water Cooled: engine cooling can be arranged by run through water system or cooling tank.
* Standard Accessories: air cleaner exhaust silencer, fuel filter starting handle, set of spanners, screw drivers etc.
