Polyurethane Springs comes in Rod as well as Tubular. The outer diameter of these springs ranges from 12mm to 120mm. All sizes are available in our ex-stock. Polyurethane is a new wonder material, which combines the strength of plastic and elasticity of rubber. Polyurethane can sustain very high loads and higher hardness than rubber, Corrosion resistant, Low noise and Low cost. PU-springs exceed the capacity of coiled springs in generated forces and strokes in a similar space. This is accompanied by the non-compressibility and resiliency. Life expectancy is also very good. PU springs and pads are ideally used in Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures etc., where the action of stamping, forming, damping, cushioning involved.
