PST-3 (PLAIN PTFE HOSES)
The inner tube is smooth bore made of PTFE resin with little thickness to see that the permeability values are medium. PTFE flexible hoses offer good resistance to impulse stress with fire resistance properties and are reinforced by a layer of stainless steel wire. These are also temperature resistant operating between -70C and +260C for longer periods of time and have great shelf life. These are not affected by chemicals except melted alkaline metals. Finds applications dealing with acids, caustics, lacquers, solvents, fuel/oil/gases, food and drug industries withstanding a maximum steam pressure of 25 PSI.
In addition to the plain PTFE hoses, the company also manufactures Corrugated PTFE Hoses, PST-4 for applications requiring added flexibility. Hoses are available from 3/16 ID (4.7 mm) to 2 ID (50.4 mm)
