Key Features
Many applications need to vary temperature or process value with time. Such applications need a controller which varies a set point as a function of time.
The profiling controller P41 and P91 can do this.
The set point is varied by using a set point profiler. The profile is stored as a series of a rampa and a dwell a segments, as shown below.

a c Each segment to be configured as a ramp or dwell (soak)
a c The fast sample rate of 200 msec
a c Up to three relay are configurable for event output
a c Analog retransmission of process value & set point value
a c Optional RS-485 or 322 communications
a c After an event the process go as to run, hold, abort, manual, failure, transfer, off mode, next segment or select the second PID values.
