Principle:-
Supersonic arc spray machine sends two spraying metal wires to the two electric mouths of spray gun, and the electric mouths link to the high-current and low-voltage two electrodes. When the two metal wires contact with each other, there will be a short circuit which can make an arc, and the metal wire would be melted by the 5000a heat which is produced by the arc. Then the melted wire would be pulverized to micro particles by high-velocity compressed air.
