Introduction
This innovative sharpening system features a solid bamboo base, wide hand guard and an integral snap-in rod storage under the base. It comes with 2 medium grit and 2 fine grit (for a highly sharp edge) 9" alumina ceramic rods.

Use & Care
a c Turn the bamboo block and take the ceramic rods out and put them in the pair of holes.
a c Place your knife blade on the inside of the left rod about 1/2" from the top of the stone. Hold the knife at a 90-degree angles to the base.
a c Pull the blade down and across the ceramic rod starting from the back of the knife blade to the tip of the blade. Repeat this action for about 8-10 strokes.
a c Repeat this stroke on the inside of the right rod to sharpen the other side of your knife until your knife is sharp.
