White copra is the term for the excellent quality copra that has the white meat similar to the fresh coconut meat prior to the drying. To produce the premium white copra, we picked the fully matured coconut for processing as well the use of hot water drying system to ensure that only clean hot air will be supplied to the drying room at proper temperature. Hence, it produced the snow-white copra that free of fungus. Copra with this quality is edible as a food in addition it being used for coconut oil extraction.
