Precise Sequential Controller

SAMIK offer Sequential Controller, manufactured by SINTSTOFF-WERKE SA is a control device meant for operation of the Pilot Valves used on Dust Collector Equipments to control the cleaning cycle of a Pulse Jet Bag Filter.

The Type A Sequential Controller Card contains digital channel indicator and two Trim Pots for ON-TIME and OFF-TIME selection.
LED is provided to point out the status of the controller showing the "Power On", when the power is applied. It also indicates the pulse duration time. Digital channel indicator provides visual indication of which Pilot Valve is being energized. The number of sequence steps is adjustable by setting Jumper. The time gap of the two valves being energized {Pulse Interval/ Off-Time) and the length of the time for the valve remaining energized (Pulse duration/On-Time) are adjusted with the help of the two Trim Pots. On-Time is adjustable between 20-200 milliseconds while Off-Time is adjustable between 2-60 seconds.

TYPE-B: The PLC based Controller Card is embodied with programmable ON/OFF times which are set by console Keys and three-digit indicator displays ON TIME while the two-digit indicator displays OFF-TIME. The channels, in operation, are displayed by LEDs.

ON TIME and OFF TIME are programmed by Console Keys, displayed by three digit indicator and two digit indicator. On-Time is adjustable between 2-200 milliseconds and Off-Time is adjustable between 1-60 seconds. The required sequenced steps are set by DIP switch.
