These are ideally suited for air filter manufacturers without pleating machines.A maximal filtration area and optimum operating performance is ensured as a result. Moreover, since this media is rigid, additional structures, such as cages, mesh or bands are no longer required. Pleated filters greatly improve filtration performance by completely eliminating supplementary support structures. It is so robust that inner or outer cages are no longer necessary, which results in significant financial and environmental advantages. The composite material is highly effective, increasing the filtration surface area and filtration depth.This media is also available with wire mesh suppport grid to ensure stability. Available from pleat depths of 15 mm upto 200 mm, our pleated medias cover filters from grades G4 to F8. We provide this range of elements at moderately rates.
