Powder Concentrator - High-speed Motor, Large Powder Collecting Capacity | Efficient Material Scattering, Advanced Inertial Centrifugal Separation

We are offering our customers a wide range of Powder Concentrator. In the working status, high-speed motor drive vertical shaft to rotate through the transmission device and the materials enter into the powder concentrating chamber through the feed inlet at upper part of the power concentrator. After that, the materials will fall on the material scattering plate through the power passing pipeline set between the upper and lower cones of medium-and-coarse power collection cones, and the material scattering plate rotates with the transmission shaft. Under the inertial centrifugal force, the materials will be scattered around evenly, and in the external fans, the materials are influenced by the high-speed air flow entering into the powder concentrating chamber through air inlet. Under the inertial centrifugal force, the coarse particles in the materials are thrown to the inner wall of the power concentrating chamber and then fall along the wall on the coarse power collection cone, and other particles will be impacted up by the air flow that spun upward. When passing the action area of large fan blades, some of the coarse particles will be thrown to the inner wall of the power concentrating chamber and then fall along the wall on the coarse power collection cone.
