Introduction of superior flat polyurethane foam production line:
The top flat polyurethane foam production line is currently the main PU production equipment. The polyether, the TDI and the auxiliary agent are stored in cargo tanks. The components are delivered to the mixing head according to a certain proportion, then transferred to the overflowing container and to an adjustable falling plate and must be ready to be transported. In the transport process, the mixed components should be foamed and heated to cure. To ensure continuous production, the movement of the winding and wrapping paper installations is synchronous with the foaming process. The plastic with continuous foam will be cut to the required length and moved to the ripening warehouse.
