Application Field
It is mainly used in whitening and brightening of polyester and blended fabrics such as polyester/cotton, polyester/silk and polyester/flax etc.

It is suitable for pad-dyeing and high-temperature & high-pressure dip-dyeing.

It also can be applied to low-temperature adsorption and fixation dip-dyeing, as well as hot-finalizing technique.

Usage

Pad-dyeing:
Dosage: 1.5-3g/L based on actual dosage, 190-195a for baking to finalizing, 30sec.

High-temperature & high-pressure dip-dyeing:
Dosage: 0.2-0.5% (o.w.f.)
Bath ratio: 1:10-20
pH value: 4.5-5 (adjusted with acetic acid)
Dyeing temperature: 120-130a
Dyeing period: 30-60min.

Low-temperature adsorption & fixation dip-dyeing:
Dosage: 0.3-0.7% (o.w.f.)
Bath ratio: 1:10-20
Dyeing temperature: 50-60a
Dyeing period: 30min.
Finalize temperature: 185-190a
Finalize period: 30-40sec.
