We have also developed cores for slitting and metalization operations in steel as well as aluminum, duly machined and ground both inside as well as outside, which have been working satisfactorily in both operations. These have afforded a huge cost saving by reducing the consumption of paper cores in slitting/metalization operations. We have successfully developed and supplied replacement parts for various imported equipments like Slitters, Vacuum Metallisers, Erema Extruders and many other parts for MDO/TtDO, TUTR winders etc.
