Polyamide Pigment Paste
Packflex,Polyamide Pigment Paste is manufactured with organic pigments and polyamide resin solution 50% .
This Polyamide Pigment paste is used by printing inks manufacturer to produce finish inks for flexible thin film printing for rotogravure and flexographic printing .
These are Alcohol soluble polyamide pigment paste and co solvent(Toluene and NBA) soluble polyamide pigment paste,which is pre grinded pigment paste in polyamide varnish .
These product have broad application in gravure and flexo inks preparation.
Properties of these polyamide based pigment paste :
* High strength,ink maker can adjust their own desired strength using and adding technology varnish and suitable solvents.
* Ink maker only need mixer/high speed dissolver to mix and get the final inks
*Excellent printing performance.
*Excellent transparency of colour and each inks produced from this paste gives good gloss .
* It is compatible with ketonic resin,PU resin and nitrocellulose resin.
