Tube & Plate Settler

We offer cost-effective and technologically advanced tube & plate settler water-treatment solutions. In this method of water treatment, raw water enters into stilling chamber and then undergoes flocculation. The water rises through inclined tubes and impurities begin to settle down due to difference in densities. The sludge thus collected is drained via hydrostatic head and water is collected in uniformly spaced troughs. A major benefit of using this process is effective flocculation especially when turbidity levels are low and suspended solids may not be enough for proper separation.

Lamella Plate Settler

Laminar plate settler consists of a series of flat & smooth plates inclined at and angle of 45-55 degrees over which impurities settle and slide down, purifying the raw water.
