These GL series plate feeder is the intelligent automatic feeder of stepless speed regulation type which was designed and manufactured by our factory on the basis of absorption of advanced structure of intermittent feeder. The electric motor adopts YTPS series variable-frequency motor and the speed-adjusting range is 100-912 / min. The control system can be set into automatic and manual modes according to users' needs: the automatic state should match the material quantity control systems of automatic cutting and extruding machines of our factory so as to achieve the automatic control for whole process line, the manual state adjusts feeding speed by potential or control panel, which has simple and convenient operation and smooth-running chain plate; the built-in computer can automatically set acceleration and deceleration time according to the load state of motor to achieve a fuzzy optimal acceleration and decelerationa control.
