- The machines are suitable for welding pipes and / or fittings made of PE/PP/PVDF in a ditch in worksite or in workshop. They are designed in accordance to the Chinese and international correspondent standards(GB/T 20674; ISO12176-1), and consists of:
- Basic Frame is made of aluminum alloy, with light weight and high strength. It is specially designed with a clamp opening angle of 45 degree, which makes the operation conveniently.
- PTFE coated and removable heating plate with high accurate temperature control system and the separate thermometer for reading the working temperature.
- Removable electrically controlled planing tool for leveling the ends of the pipe and /or fitting, with a safety switch enables to start it only when it is locked in operation position. Milling blade is made of high quality tooling steel, double sharpen blade can be shift using.
- Electro hydraulic unit, working pressure adjustable and can be held.
