Planetary Strander Machines

Cradles are held between discs supported on the bearings at both ends. All discs are fitted on hollow shaft tube with under roller or without under roller carriage with heavy duty pedestal bearing to support the carriage.
Cradles drive transmission are through gears or internal shafts & at the rear end of the carriage planetary gear or flier ring with cam fitted provision. For individual wire or core constant tension can be controlled through mechanically or electronically brake tension
Heavy duty enclosed gearbox or external gearbox at the rear end of each carriages having provision driving the carriages in anti-clockwise or clockwise direction
