The S40 Pilot utilizes four mobile, independent test probes to perform complete in circuit and functional tests on any type of electronic board without having to build fixtures or mechanical adapters. Thanks to the capability to access the pins of SMD components directly and a high level of flexibility guaranteed by the completely modular hardware / software architecture, the S40 pilot is not only an alternative to a traditional bed of nails type system, but provided additional tools to increase test coverage and to shorten test program generation time, thus providing the best solution for testing prototypes and small production series
