Petrochemical Process pump is horizontal single stage radially split volute pump.It is designed according to AP1610 and VDMA24297 and using advanced international technology.
The casing of MZA, MZAO series pump is sustained with foot support.
The casing of MZE series pump is sustained with centerline with cooling cycle.
MZA MZE series pump is with enclosed impellers.
MZAO series pump is with open impeller
There are threes ways to cool the bearing: air cooling, fan cooling and water cooling.The use of them shall base on the service temperature.Among them, the fan cooling is especially suitable for areas with the problem of water shortage or water quality inferiority
The pump is with axial suction and radial discharge.Using front and rear seal ring and balance holes to keep hydraulic balance.Packing gland seal, single or double mechanical seal can be used.Stuffing box is with cooling or heating coupling.It is suitable to convey clean liquid and all kinds of corrosive liquid in low or high temperature.MZAO can also be used to convey medium with small amount of solid or suspended particles and medium liable to crystalize.
