Modular concept in moulds which are divided in two core assembly, stripper assembly, cavity assembly. Here various combinations can be worked out lower investments during developments.
For narrow neck moulds, lock rings design used.
Core changeable on the machine reducing investments.
Self closing ejection system for reduced wear on the tapers.
Turbulent cooling channel design for best cooling performance eliminating the possibility of hot spots.
Cooling provided on the necks avoiding shrinkage on portions where wall thickness is high like 25mm ROPP.
